Expert reupholstery, restoration, and repair — bringing timeless craftsmanship to every chair, sofa, and heirloom that passes through our shop.
What We Do
Crafted Services,
Delivered with Care
Reupholstery
From dining chairs to sectionals — we strip, rebuild, and re-drape your furniture in fabrics you love, restoring it to its former glory or giving it a fresh new identity.
Structural Repair
Wobbly frames, broken springs, sagging seats — we diagnose and fix the bones of your furniture so the new fabric has a solid foundation to rest on.
Antique Restoration
Heirlooms deserve patience and precision. We handle delicate antique pieces with the reverence they warrant, preserving character while extending their life for generations.
Residential Upholstery
Sofas, armchairs, dining sets, headboards — your home furniture gets the same meticulous attention as any fine piece, because comfort and beauty belong together.
Commercial Projects
Restaurants, offices, lobbies — we handle higher-volume commercial work with the same care, keeping your spaces inviting and your furniture in top condition.
Custom Fabric Consultation
Not sure which fabric suits your piece? We'll help you choose from a curated selection — considering durability, style, and your space — so every decision feels right.
Our Story
Built on Patience,
Refined by Experience
Gera's Upholstery has been a quiet cornerstone of El Centro's furniture restoration community — a place where worn-out pieces find their second act and heirlooms are treated like family.
Every project that comes through our doors on Broadway tells a story. A grandmother's wingback that survived three moves. A dining set waiting for a fresh coat of life. A sofa that simply needs someone who knows how to listen to what it's asking for.
We don't rush. We don't cut corners. We strip, we assess, we rebuild — and we hand your furniture back to you looking and feeling as though it were made for your home. That's the standard, and it's the only one we recognize.

Kind Words
From Our Community
"They brought my grandmother's chair back to life — I honestly couldn't tell it wasn't brand new. The care and attention to detail was remarkable. Worth every penny."
— Trusted Neighbor, El Centro
"We had a set of dining chairs that were beyond saving — or so we thought. Gera's worked magic. They're the centerpiece of our dining room now. Thank you."
